RADE: THE LAST MESSAGE

Toronto, October 15th, 1954. Hurricane Hazel has struck the city. Rain floods the Don Valley, bridges begin to fail, and entire neighbourhoods are being evacuated. During the chaos, emergency engineer Thomas Bell receives a final assignment: deliver a warning that could save dozens of lives downstream. He never arrives. Decades later, a forgotten case file resurfaces containing damaged logs, engineering notes, flood maps, and fragments of Bell’s final transmissions. Players must follow his last known route through the Don River valley to uncover the truth behind the missing message. Starting high above the valley and descending deeper into Toronto’s hidden ravines, players will explore historic sites, industrial ruins, railway crossings, and flood paths while solving puzzles based on real locations and historical events. But as the investigation unfolds, one question becomes impossible to ignore: Was the warning simply lost in the storm… or was it deliberately ignored?
